You Be The Judge is a grassroots effort to better educate the people of Florida on the current state of our court system. The Florida Supreme Court has denied Floridians the opportunity to vote on a number of constitutional amendments, including one protecting us from a massive government health care mandate, and has upheld government regulation over private property rights. In making these activist decisions Florida’s Supreme Court is choosing politics over the rights of the people.
